Venue Description

Crisp, a fresh and exciting new restaurant, located at 1323 E. Brady St in Milwaukee's historic East Side neighborhood, will be opening its doors for business at 10:00am daily in early January. Open seven days a week, Crisp will offer gourmet pizza by the slice, wraps, panini sandwiches, burgers and personalized tossed salads prepared in front of you, and served throughout the day. Daily kitchen hours are from 10:00pm to 1:00am, will allow guests to relax with appetizers and drinks in comfortable lounge style furniture, including several cozy booths.

The focal point of the kitchen at Crisp is a wood stone pizza oven. Chef John Berge has been working on a 'Neapolitan Fusion' menu to include simple, unique pizza that will appeal to the health conscious, meat-lover, vegetarian and alike. "The pie is woodfired, Neapolitan style made with imported Italian flours. The flavor combinations are simple and endless."
